Prior to founding ReindeerTek, Katlyn helped grow and evolve other companies' holdings in the DoD and Intelligence Community sectors.
Chief Operations Officer with over 20 years of experience in the government and commercial spaces providing software-as-a-service talent to specialized mission customers focused on rapid deliveries. Prior to founding ReindeerTek, Ray engaged commercial companies — particularly cloud service providers — to enhance their achievements with critical government partners.
Chief Strategy Officer with more than 20 years of progressive experience spanning technical leadership, P&L management, business capture, and program delivery for the federal government market. Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated a consistent ability to repair customer relationships and drive operational performance.
Serving as the Director of Operations she leads organizational growth, contract execution, and strategic recruiting utilizing over 25 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, beginning her IC career shortly after September 11, 2001. Before joining ReindeerTek, she served five years as Director of Operations for another small business, driving company growth, contracts, and workforce expansion.
Matt Martelli has served as our Director of Engineering since 2022. He brings over two decades of expertise in cloud engineering, software architecture, cybersecurity, and large-scale data systems supporting government and commercial clients. His deep technical skill enabled the building of secure, mission-critical platforms supporting millions of transactions and some of the nation’s most demanding environments. .
Human Resources leader with 12+ years of broad-based human resources experience spanning benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, training and development, and HR reporting. She holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and has built her career across both the technology consulting and financial services sectors in the greater Washington, DC region.

Integral member of an AI/ML team creating tools and applications in the client's work environment, including machine translation, speech and text recognition, and input methods. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences. Must be a motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
Provide language translation to unique customer needs in critical areas. Requires recent cultural knowledge and awareness of current events for your area of expertise. Must be fluent in English and at least one additional language. High skill level required, with ability to pass pre-screen testing. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using NodeJS, Angular, React, and Vue for a classified customer. Utilize best practices to perform design, development, and automated deployment via DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines. Experience with front-end frameworks and NPM required.
