Katlyn is a recently minted Chief Executive Officer with 15 years of experience in the government services sector with experience as an on-site service provider for cloud agnostic architectures and deploying at the speed of mission. Prior to founding ReindeerTek, Katlyn helped grow and evolve other companies holdings in the DoD and Intelligence community sectors.
Raymond is the brains behind the operation as Chief Operations Officer with over 20 years of experience in the government and commercial spaces providing software as a service talent to specialized mission customers focused on rapid deliveries. Prior to founding ReindeerTek, Ray focused on engaging commercial companies, particularly cloud service providers to enhance their achievements and performance with critical government providers.
Together Katlyn and Ray were inspired to create a different type of services company to inform and empower employees to know their worth for self advocacy in expanding their talents and opportunities. This philosophy has driven their workforce to grow into niche fields supporting critical customer needs while increasing their professional growth for the future.
